Florence, AZ – The Town of Florence is updating its Transportation Plan and is asking residents, businesses, and daily commuters to share their travel experiences through a short online survey. The survey is now open and will remain available through Friday, February 6.

The updated plan will help the Town understand how people move through Florence today — where traffic backs up, where safety concerns exist, and where improvements could make a difference. It will also incorporate recommendations from the Pinal Regional Transportation Study to ensure local planning aligns with regional priorities.

“Residents and daily commuters experience our roads firsthand,” said Lindsey Randall, Senior Civil Engineer. “That everyday perspective is an important part of shaping a transportation plan that reflects how Florence really moves.”

A lot has changed since the Town’s last transportation study in 2018, including new neighborhoods, shifting commuting patterns, and ongoing regional growth. Updating the Transportation Plan will provide accurate, community-informed data to help guide future roadway improvements and long-term transportation decisions.

All community members are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey before February 6.
